Registration information for oversea circles

Circle Banner Format
1 stand：90cm*60cm+1 chair = 450 NTD
2 stands：180cm*60cm+2 chairs = 900 NTD

・Payment of registration for overseas circles will be collected at the event. Only CASH (NTD) is accepted.
・Payment for each stand includes 1 person accompanied with a maximum of 2 persons with their tickets paid. Please note that all the members of each circle should enter the venue at the same time.
・Circles are allowed to apply for only one extra chair for each stand. You can purchase your extra chair for 20 NTD from the staff at the event.
．The circles’ admission time starts from 9:00 am to 10:20 am. The late arrivals may gain access to the venue through general admission line.
．NO delivery service is provided during the event. We apologize for any inconvenience.
．The event will be concluded at 3:30 pm. Please leave the venue by 4:00 pm.
．Any postponement or cancellation of the event will be announced on our website should any contingency occurs.

The circle banner will be used on the ONLY website (Circle AD page) only.
The due date of submission will be on 31, May 2018. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within three days once we receive your submission. Please feel free to contact us in any way if you do not receive your confirmation e-mail.
